Fatalities in the Greater Brstol area This section covers the County Borough of Bristol together with the adjoining areas of Pilning & Severn Beach; Almondsbury; Patchway; Filton; Stoke Gifford; Winterbourne; Mangotsfield; Kingswood; Oldland; Hanham Abbots; Keynsham; Whitchurch; Dundry; Long Ashton; Easton in Gordano; Portbury and Portishead. The following 1396 entries are NOT arranged in alphabetical order, but are laid out as a chronology of the raids in sections corresponding to the wartime Civil Defence areas. In addition the individual fatalities suffered during each attack are further grouped by area and street, thereby keeping families and neighbors together and presenting an overall picture of the localities most seriously affected.
